BEYOND
WHEELS.

Retail. Sourcing. Forged. Technology.

The Group

One Group.
Four Specialisms.

S1 Automotive Group operates across wheels, tyres and the technology behind them — supplying wheels and tyres through retail partnerships, building custom forged wheels around individual vehicles, and developing the software and e-commerce the trade runs on.

Four sides of the same industry, run by people who work in it. That means fitment is checked properly, specifications are questioned before they are quoted, and the systems behind it are built around how the trade actually operates.

Wheel & Tyre Retail Partnership Program

We work with retailers, garages and resellers rather than competing with them. Partners get access to our wheel and tyre supply across everyday, performance and motorsport fitments — backed by the fitment data and systems we build in-house, so the product range and the information behind it arrive together.

  • Trade, reseller & garage partnerships
  • Complete wheel & tyre packages
  • Everyday, performance & motorsport fitments
  • Backed by in-house fitment data

Custom Forged Wheels

Forged wheels are specified per vehicle rather than pulled from a catalogue. We work from the vehicle, the intended use and the required stance — setting diameter, width, offset and centre bore around the car, then the construction, spoke design and finish around the customer.

  • Monoblock, 2-piece & 3-piece construction
  • Custom PCD, offset and centre bore
  • Staggered and per-corner setups
  • Brushed, polished, gloss, satin & custom colour

Custom Bespoke Garage Software

We build garage software around how a workshop actually runs — bookings and bay scheduling, job cards, customer and vehicle history, stock and invoicing. Built specifically for the wheel and tyre trade, so fitment data, tyre sizes and supplier stock sit inside the system rather than bolted on afterwards.

  • Bookings & fitting bay scheduling
  • Job cards & workshop workflow
  • Customer & vehicle history
  • Stock, invoicing & supplier feeds

E-Commerce Applications

We partner with wheel and tyre companies on their e-commerce. Off-the-shelf platforms don’t understand fitment, staggered setups or size-driven catalogues — so customers can’t find what fits, and they leave. We build storefronts that do understand it, wired into live stock and supplier feeds, specialising in this industry rather than treating wheels like ordinary products.

How It Works

From Enquiry
To Despatch.

Most wheel and tyre enquiries run the same four steps.

  • 01

    Tell us the vehicle

Registration, the size or look you are after, and anything on the car that is not standard.

  • 02

    Fitment confirmed

Diameter, width, offset, PCD and bore checked against the vehicle — and anything that does not sit right gets questioned before it is priced.

  • 03

    Specification and quote

The full specification in writing — wheels, tyres, construction, finish — with the price against it.

  • 04

    Built and despatched

Made or picked, checked against the agreed specification, then despatched.

Software and e-commerce enquiries start the same way — a conversation about how the business actually runs, before anything is proposed.

Before It’s Quoted

Fitment Is Checked,
Not Assumed.

A wheel that is the right diameter can still be the wrong wheel. Before anything is quoted, the specification gets checked against the car rather than against a product listing.

Hub and bolt pattern
PCD and centre bore matched to the hub, with spigot rings specified where the bore is larger.
Offset and clearance
Offset checked at both ends — suspension and strut on the inside, arch and body on the outside.
Brake clearance
Caliper profile against the back of the spoke, which sets the smallest diameter the wheel can be.
Tyre and rolling diameter
Tyre size chosen to hold the rolling diameter close to standard, unless you have asked for something else.
Modifications
Suspension, brake and bodywork changes accounted for, because every one of them changes the answer.
Front and rear
Staggered and per-corner setups specified corner by corner rather than as a single number.

None of it is complicated. It just has to be done, and it is the step most often skipped.
